After Security Checks, on the left side, proceed to the Mezzanine Level via escalators or lift.

Important Information

Due to COVID-19, the following measures have been implemented: temperature taking before entering the lounge, signage for safety and hygiene measures, packaged snacks and individual beverages, furniture redistributed and signage placed to prevent crowding, new family area for guests entering as a family or group, constant sanitization, protective acrylic sheets at the front desk to prevent proximity during guest-staff interaction, gel dispensers available at in common areas, footwear-sanitization carpets at the entrance, protection equipment (face shields, gloves, and face masks) for staff, PA reminders that face-mask use is essential while not consuming food or beverages, courtesy face mask for guests (if needed).
