Departure Transit Hall, Level 3. Located at the east/north end of Terminal 3 next to the Butterfly Garden. Access via escalator or lift located near the B gate corridors, and next to Wines and Spirits by DFS. Located close to the Ambassador Transit Hotel.

Important Information

This lounge is accessible for Terminal 1, 2, and 3 passengers only.
The Ambassador Transit Lounge is currently only able to accept passengers departing from Singapore and transit passengers originating from Australia (except Sydney), New Zealand, Brunei, China, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
Alcohol is available for purchase 6:00 am - 12:00 midnight.
Due to social distancing regulations, seating capacity may be limited. Self-service food and beverage items are currently unavailable. Guests will be required to place an order from an à la carte menu of reduced offerings with the lounge attendant. All food and drink items will be served in disposable containers.
Shower facilities are available upon request at the front desk. After each use, the shower will be disinfected following a strictly approved protocol. All shower amenities used by the guest will be sent in for proper washing and disinfection.
Children under 6 years old are admitted free with an adult.
A smoking area is located outside the lounge.
